School Trees Poster      School teachers of environmental studies? 

Croydon Conservation Society is the local group for conservation and environmental awareness.

Our website is great for local content and has been featured in the AEU magazine as a useful resource for teachers.

There is some material suited to primary, such as our trees poster, and the audio link to local bird sounds, also responsible pet ownership and protection of wildlife across our region.  Other more involved topics are certainly suited to senior students with discussions about environmental protection and ethical debates relating to world issues,for example the patenting of non GM food, or the potential for decimated bee populations in Europe.

We hope our on line resource will be useful in your education endeavors.

All schools across our Maroondah region are on our mail out list. We hope our info is directed to the teacher best equipped to use it effectively. If not please contact us with your email details.
