1964 a group was formed to save trees…the battle continues

In the Outer East where we have always had the benefits of trees planted many years ago by our forefathers, and cared for by residents, we are now at a potential tipping point, where people are selling their large lots, or combining with neighbours to achieve even higher prices for land, to sell to developers who may not appreciate the incredible value every tree has to our living environment.

Here are two opportunities to listed to Dr Greg Moore from Burnley/ Melbourne University about the absolute need to retain what we have, and plant more where possible. One at Upwey 28th June. The later in July 5th at Mt Evelyn. From experience I can see Dr Moore is inspirational.
