16 A Braden Braedrive is going to VCAT, a cohesive residents group is fighting to prevent overdevelopment of a site which currently has a covenant for one dwelling only. The entrance to the land in inappropriate for emergency vehicles, Council did not grant a permit.
A permit for subdivision at no 2 Eastfiled Rd into 3 lots is being considered by Council Ref no 2010-820 the land is under R1Z and SLO3
